Spray-in, formaldehyde-free, fast-dry insulation from Johns Manville can help reduce construction defects such as gaps, inadequate cavity-fill and settling and wall cavities that are not completely filled. The fibers of the Spider insulation system are mixed with a non-hazardous adhesive that eliminates the need for netting and speeds up drying schedules. The insulation reaches R-values of 15 in 2×4-foot wall cavities and 23 in 2×6-foot wall cavities.
