Judith Miller: Interviews with Concerned Remodelers

March 11, a few short weeks ago, Victoria and Judith discussed the first Spring Roundtables meeting scheduled to start four days later. The next day, that meeting and all meetings to the end of April were postponed. The RA world changed forever on that day,: the day we first realized the potential seriousness of the COVID-19 virus.

Since then, Judith has spoken with dozens of remodelers around the country, from young companies with a few employees to multi-million-dollar companies with significant levels of effective middle management. As different as those companies are from one another, they share more in common.

In this talk, Judith shares stories from those conversations and summarize what all remodelers are currently doing to navigate the crisis.
