Texas-based contractor Matt Risinger prefers to install induction cooktops in his clients’ kitchens rather than gas cooktops.
“I installed my first Wolf 2-burner Induction Cooktop about 10 years ago in a client's house, and I’ve been fascinated with them ever since,” he writes. “In the 10 years I’ve been installing induction I’ve also seen the prices come way down!”
Risinger says he sees induction cooktops as another “nail in the coffin for gas lines to American houses,” and he provides five reasons why.
