Weather Pro stain is designed to carry color pigments deep into wood cells and ensure no surface peeling, cracking or blistering. It also screens out damaging solar rays and protects against warping, cupping, splitting, rotting and mildew, the company says. The water-based, nonflammable product can be used indoors or outdoors, applies with spray or brush, and comes in various semitransparent colors. Colors also can be customized.
