Leap is an all-encompassing software solution for home improvement companies. The tool handles contracts, promotional materials, presentation, financing, estimates, and much more. The system is customizable to your product category and you can use your own branding on contracts and other products, without the Leap logo, to give your company a personalized, professional look.
Before Leap, we had a trunk full of milk crates filled with brochures and paperwork. Now we’ve gone completely paperless, which saves us money on printing. Leap presents the homeowner with a beautiful contract packet online. With the world going electronic, it’s nice to be able to say, “Hey, shoot that to me in an email” or show them something on a tablet. This sets us apart because a lot of home improvement companies still use a clipboard and triplicate papers.
Leap also integrates well with financing providers. It’s because of that streamlined process that we’ve been able to increase our financing options, and in turn increase our close rate. We can send a client’s information to a loan provider through Leap’s interface to get an on-the-spot approval or declination. If the homeowner’s approved, the information rolls into the contract so you don’t have to enter the data twice.
We had a relatively easy transition onto Leap as one of their first clients, but now it’s even easier. They’ve got a whole staff that can answer specific questions about the contracts or the set up. If you need further assistance, they are there whenever you call.
