Remodeling Show Goes Virtual, DeckExpo Goes to Vegas

Two industry shows make big changes

By By James F. McClister June 23, 2020

In response to the persisting uncertainty the COVID-19 pandemic has brought with it, both the Remodeling Show and DeckExpo, traditionally held together, will be changing platforms and venues, respectively, this fall, the two shows recelty announced.

Remodeling Show

The Remodeling Show will be transitioning this year to a totally virtual event, though, it will maintain its October 13-15 schedule. Remodeling Show Director Kristen McKercher says that show will still include building clinics, product demonstrations, and conference sessions—and all will be available on-demand.

"While we still powerfully believe in the value of a physical event, having to innovate the Remodeling Show this year provided our team with an opportunity to rethink what makes Remodeling great," McKercher said. "We’re excited to work with our community to deliver our best in class conference program in a new and more dynamic way."

DeckExpo

DeckExpo will not co-locate with Remodeling Show this year, nor will it move to a virtual platform, but will instead co-locate with the International Pool | Spa | Patio Expo (PSP Expo) from November 11-13 in Las Vegas.
