A study conducted and recently released by Klein Tools offers a view of the electrician profession in the United States today.
The research found that more than 75 percent of respondent believe there are not enough experienced electricians on job sites, and nearly 37 percent believe there are also not enough entry level electricians on job sites.
A little more than half of the respondents, 55 percent to be exact, believe 1,000 or more hours of training is necessary to becoming an effective electrician.
