Preconstruction Database is designed to help construction estimators develop conceptual estimates. The product includes 13 construction cost assemblies (such as low-rise, multiunit residential, mid- to high-rise office building, retail shell and hotel). Each cost assembly contains 11 mini-assemblies that cover major building components such as foundations, substructure, superstructure, exterior closure, roofing, mechanical and electrical.
