The "Insulation Pays" feature allows you to choose your state from a drop-down menu and then takes you to a list of utility, state and local programs offering contractor and/or homeowner incentives for incorporating energy-efficient upgrades into new and existing single-family and multifamily homes. For each program, the site includes a summary page outlining eligibility, amount of incentive and type (such as a loan or rebate), inspection and documentation requirements, and how to begin redeeming the incentives.
