We chart the course and our people follow. We may be crumbling inside, but we don’t get the luxury of giving up. Leadership is never easy. Making decisive action in the fog is definitively challenging. So, where do we point the ship? How do we take care of our people? How do we evolve to thrive in a new landscape? The proposition is radical!
